How do I access my programs and freebies?

Once you're logged into the Member Portal, head over to the Library to explore all available programs. Your access will depend on your membership level—some programs will be ready to download, while others may be available for purchase.

Don’t forget to check out the Member Freebies section, where you’ll find our latest Guides, Lists, and How-To’s—updated regularly, so you never miss out!

Having trouble? If something isn’t showing up, double-check that you’re logged in and that your membership level includes access. Still stuck? Contact support, and we’ll be happy to help!

 

I forgot my password! How can I reset it?

No worries! Just click Forgot Password on the login page and enter the username and email that you registered. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Didn’t get the email? Check your spam/junk folder. If you're still having trouble, submit a support ticket, and we’ll help you get back in.

 

How do I upgrade my membership?

Upgrading is easy! Simply go to the Rock That Task Membership tab and choose the level that fits your needs. Once you complete the upgrade, you'll instantly unlock the new courses and resources included in your plan.

I upgraded my membership, but I don’t see my new content. What should I do?

Most upgrades are activated instantly, but if you don’t see your new content, try these quick fixes:
✔ Log out and log back in to refresh your access.
✔ Clear your browser cache and try again.
✔ Check your Library page to make sure you're looking in the right place.

How do I sign up for the Rocking Your Path Facebook group?

Joining our Facebook group is easy! Simply visit our Facebook group here and request to join. Be sure to answer any membership questions to help us approve your request faster. If you're a Rocking Your Path member, mention your membership for priority approval.
