We’re talking about how the connections, challenges, and solutions associated with ADHD traits and growing your own business on today’s Fast Action Fridays.

My guest is Diann Wingert, a life and business coach for entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives who identify with the strengths and struggles of ADHD traits, officially diagnosed or not.

During her 20-year career as a licensed psychotherapist, Diann saw far too many brilliant & capable women struggle with distractibility, procrastination, perfectionism, & self-doubt that held them back in their business, relationships and in life. The majority of them had no idea that the underlying issue was actually ADHD, including Diann herself.

In today’s interview, Diann shares more about the ADHD traits, how and why so many entrepreneurs have them, why it’s often misdiagnosed in females, and some excellent fast action tips for turning those challenges into solutions to help grow your business. Be sure to check out her free resource!

More about Diann

Her favorite color is orange. Diann shared that according to experts in Color Psychology: “Those with Orange color personality strengths tend to be witty, spontaneous, generous, optimistic, eager and bold. They need fun, variety, stimulation, and excitement. Freedom to act is also important to an Orange. Oranges have energy and like to bounce around to different projects or tasks.”

“If that doesn’t describe me, I’m not sure what does.”

KAT NOTE: That certainly fits my impression of Diann when we finally got together for a one on one chat.

After her own mid-life diagnosis, Diann is on a mission to help other gifted, creative & entrepreneurial women achieve their true potential through radical self-acceptance, identifying and leveraging their unique strengths & creating an ADHD friendly business and life.
