On today’s Fast Action Fridays, it’s all about discovering our personal power, why that’s important, and what can happen when we don’t.
I love how life coach and nurse Peggy Moore has been able to bring so much of her professional background and experience into her work as a life coach. She’s done what so many of us where warned against … that is pursuing multiple passions and successfully combining them into our businesses. That’s an example of what discovering — and using — your personal power can do for you.
Don’t miss downloading her wonderful free resource, including the Discover Your Personal Power Mini E-book. It’s chock full of inspiring quotes, journal prompts and more level up in life and regain your peace, purpose, and power.

More about Peggy
Peggy is a Life Coach at Discover Your Personal Power Coaching. She has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry as a critical care nurse and still works as a school nurse for a US military school based in Okinawa, Japan.
From 2009-2016, she worked in Landstuhl, Germany taking care of soldiers critically injured in Afghanistan and Iraq. Peggy says that was one of the best experiences in her career but the whirlwind of being a critical care nurse sucked the soul out of her.
Here’s more of what Peggy shared about that time, “Toward the end of my time in Germany, I worked with the Combat Operational Stress Response Team. This team supported the staff and recognized the need for strategies to help staff build resilience, combat secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
“This began the journey that helped me discover my own personal power and take my life back. Life is hard. It can be frustrating at times and often overwhelming.
“I struggled for years with depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. For years, I let everyone else tell me who I should be, how I should act, what my house should look like, what car I should drive, how my children should act, and what kind of mother I should be, until I STOPPED. I stopped listening to the outside voices and I found myself again. I dug deep and discovered who I wanted to be and how I wanted to show up in this world. I found my personal power and my mission is to help others do the same.”
Peggy is a National Board Certified School Nurse, and will finish her Masters degree in Psychology and Addiction Counseling in December 2020.
She’s also a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation. In her personal coaching, Peggy helps other individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed and stuck, or just want to level up in life, discover their personal power. She focuses on four puzzle pieces. Mental Health, Emotional Health, Physical Health and Social Health. Each puzzle piece works together to create the whole. By looking at these aspects in your life, you can create the life that you want to live. You get to decide how you want to show up in the world. You can live your life with peace and purpose and discover your personal power.
Fun and Unusual facts about Peggy:
