Thanks so much for sending the document.  I enjoyed talking to you very much too.  Have been doing the clearing, and think that I can notice a difference.  Am going to continue it daily until there are never any negative ions stuck to my hands.  :o)  Then I’ll do it less often but still frequently.  Have been asking my guides to let me know that they are around if they would like to do that…
