This Fast Action Fridays episode originally broadcast live on the former Blab platform for Jan 15, 2016 show. The tech-gremlins were afoot. I was broadcasting out-of-town from my sister Lisa’s home near Detroit. For reasons unknown I could not get my audio feed working. My wonderful guest, Moira Hutchison in Canada, hosted the episode with me merely lending my support via the video feed. Our mutual and multi-talents friend, Cindy Freeman, from Wisconsin, joined us part-way with some interesting questions and comments for Moira.
Bypassing obstacles on our path
Whew! I love that we didn’t give up but found a solution that day.
The episode has been updated for Friday, August 30, 2019 with a new free Inner Peace Kit resource from Moira. Watch the video or see below for that link.
Moira’s advice on mindfulness is just as valid today as then. Listen as Moira explains what being mindful means … and how to bring mindfulness into our daily lives, and how can it help us be more successful in business and in life.

Little nostaglia for the original episode image:
Hi Kat, I have been travelling around Thailand for the past few years and I lived in a Mindful community which I loved! Mindfulness has helped me be less judgemental and less reactive in emotional situations. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Oh, Kylie. I’m a wee bit jealous. Thailand is on my To-Visit list. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences regarding mindfulness. I know Moira will appreciate them, too.
