Donna Blevins Shares Living the Hand Life Deals You

By Kat Sturtz 10 Comments

Donna Blevins Virtual Summit 2019 replay post image

In this final replay from the How I Make Working from Home Work for Me Virtual Summit 2019, guest speaker Donna Blevins brings insight into the use of shifting our mindset as no one else can.

Listen as this Big Girl of Poker explains how she entered the world of professional poker in her late forties, plus what she learned about playing poker that saved her life. Also, check out below the fabulous free resource Donna has available to you.

My heart claims I’ve known Donna for ages when in truth as I write this is, it’s barely been a year. On private video chats, we’ve laughed till our sides hurt and shared sorrows that had us virtually hugging and wiping away tears. And, I love hearing how she stunned medical staff when she used mindset shifts to help recover her speech in three days following a stroke versus the six or more months the doctors predicted.

I couldn’t think of anyone I wanted more as a guest speaker to wrap up my first live virtual summit than Donna Blevins. She shuffles humor and insight and mindset together, lays those cards on the table, then explains how much better you can play the hand life’s dealt you when you choose to shift your mindset on demand.

See below the replay video for more information and tips on how I planned out and hosted this successful virtual summit.

Sheila Finkelstein Virtual Summit 2019 replay post image

A dash of creativity can help immensely when it comes to coping with things like grief, brain fog, or even when searching for a practical solution to a troubling situation. In today’s video below, Sheila Finkelstein’s shares some valuable tips to spark your creativity, along with some insight into she’s made use of it to cope with many things in her own life.

Sheila and I first connected online in November, 2014. I frankly don’t recall exactly how our paths crossed, but it was likely through one of the 178 mutual Facebook friends we have.

Like many of those mutual friends, Sheila and I are both members of the NAMS Insider community. NAMS stands for: Novice and Advanced Marketing System. The INSIDERS group is the mastermind subgroup for NAMS, that offers advanced training, networking, and other bonuses to members actively building their online businesses. It’s open to anyone to join. If you’re interested, check out the NAMS $1 trial membership here.

Be sure to see below the video on how to access the special free resources Sheila has made available to summit viewers. It includes: Reflections: Photos and Queries — Using Photography for BreakThrough Shifts in Seeing, Communicating, and Being, plus 7 Tips for Getting Out of a Funk.

See below the replay video for more information and tips on how I planned out the virtual summit and invited speakers.

Stephen Henry Talks How to Get Organic Traffic to Your Website

By Kat Sturtz 10 Comments

Stephen Henry Virtual Summit 2019 replay post image

According to Facebook, Stephen and I have been online friends since June 2012. That’s a lot of cybertime. If memory serves me, we clicked over techie things in a networking group Sabina Watson hosted at the time. Over time, but collaborated on several projects, and referred clients to each other. See one of our Blab co-host promos below from 2015.

While we both work, teach, and offer different support services for WordPress websites, plus offer coaching for those building their business, Stephen’s got a much longer and stronger background in SEO especially on how to generate organic traffic than I ever will. I was delighted when he said he’d speak at my virtual summit.

His session is the most technology-oriented one and the only one that includes an informative slide deck presentation. It’s all about helping you generate organic traffic to your website and manage multiple services. Don’t know what organic traffic is? You’ll learn that and more in the replay below.

See below the replay video for more information and tips on how I planned out the virtual summit and invited speakers.

Cindy Rushton Virtual Summit 2019 replay post image

Cindy’s one of those high energy types that light up a room just walking into it. She’s used that energy plus her interest in helping others to create a stellar portfolio of work, working primarily from home.

I first got to know Cindy when we both participated in Kelly McCausey’s Stretch Yourself Challenge. One challenge prompted me to host this virtual summit, while Cindy got to check mark the one to reach out and accept a live speaking gig. I’m so glad she did. She shares some wonderful insight and tips in her session. Hope you agree.

See below the replay video for more information and tips on how I planned out the virtual summit and invited speakers.

Natalie Lavelock Virtual Summit 2019 replay post image

I first connected with Natalie online when I posted in Loren Fogelman’s Telesummit Savvy private Facebook group looking for someone to fill the final virtual summit slot I was hosting. I’m so glad she was interested enough to contact me because she really delivered the goods during her session!

See below the replay video for more information and tips on how I planned out the virtual summit and invited speakers.
